Your Role: As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for the client. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management, to ensure the organization has the right talent in place.

Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.

Learning and Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.

HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including compliance, policies, and procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.

Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to employees and leaders.
Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and best practices.
